Public Arrow’s is a cozy pub near Ichikawa Station in Chiba that is part of the Arrow’s chain of craft beer pubs in Chiba. While the tables and chairs may be tightly spaced, the local patrons are really friendly and you’ll be making friends with them quickly. Prices are high for the area, especially considering the quality of the food. Tiny portions and low quality stuff. Not an impressive beer selection. Craft beers are priced normally but other drinks are Tokyo prices in the suburbs.
I’m surprised this place is still in business after all these years. This place should really be a last resort.
