Midtown BBQ (Yokohama) is famously known from their original Nagoya shop for making A5 wagyu brisket. Yokohama is their first expansion outside Nagoya that follows the same cozy style as their Nagoya shop. Their philosophy is simple: delicious food, great drinks, and gracious hospitality. They pride themselves on making virtually everything in-house, from their original BBQ rubs and sauces, to their handmade desserts. They fabricate their top quality meats in house and cook everything over fire!
