Overview

Ise Kadoya Beer (Naikumae) is the main taproom for Ise Kadoya Beer in Ise itself.  Located on the main shopping street, Oharaimachi, outside Ise’s inner shrine, this popular tourist destination is often bustling with customers.  Of course the main line-up of Ise Kadoya Beer is on tap, as well as a few seasonals, making it difficult to choose; thankfully they do have beer flights.  Ise Kadoya’s Naikumae shop is also famous for their oysters as well as a variety of delicious treats from the Ise region.  If you are looking for traditional foods from the region, Ise Kadoya is a good place to go.  Do be aware that there are two sections to the restaurant, plus an outdoor terrace.  The back is a traditional Japanese style restaurant with generous lunch sets and beautiful views of the riverbanks.  The storefront area is a snack and tasting bar area for a quick beer and light bites.  You can get your beer and food to go at the storefront and walk around to the back of the restaurant where there is an outdoor terrace for beautiful days.
