Hops & Herbs is the main brewpub for Outsider Brewing, an Australian and Japanese team working to make craft beer. Located 15 minutes from Kofu Station in Yamanashi, Hops & Herbs has all of Outsider Brewing’s beers as well as a few seasonals.
