Overview
Beer Bar Ushitora got its start as a humble bar in Shimokitazawa and in 2014 they started brewing their own beer. With 2 locations in Shimokitazawa, they continue to grow and continue to make new brews. They rarely make the same beer twice with small changes being made to their recipes as they refine their techniques. Their nigo bar is a standing bar that focuses more on trying the variety of beers they have.
